Plugins
ACCELERO has a plugin system that extends the product's features without embedding them into the application core. Each plugin is an independent module, enabled according to the needs of each installation.
What plugins are
Plugins are additional modules, developed and maintained by IONGRADE, that expand ACCELERO's capabilities in a modular way:
- Own life cycle — they are updated independently of the core, with fixes and improvements applied directly to the plugin.
- Flexibility per installation — a function can be active for one client and absent for another, according to demand.
- Modularity — each plugin is isolated; it can be installed or removed without impacting the other features.
- Version compatibility — some plugins require a minimum version of ACCELERO. Each page states the compatibility in the corresponding section.
Installation by IONGRADE
Plugins are installed, enabled, and configured by the IONGRADE technical team. To request a plugin, inform support of the desired feature and your ACCELERO version.

How to request a plugin
- Contact IONGRADE technical support or your sales contact.
- Describe the need: desired feature, use case, current ACCELERO version, and the installation's Facility ID.
- Technical assessment: IONGRADE checks whether an equivalent plugin already exists, assesses feasibility, and, if applicable, estimates the development.
- Implementation: the plugin is installed, configured, and validated on your instance, with the corresponding documentation.
